Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as the Lauditor.
2. Click on the Menu and select 'Matter.'
3. Click on the 'Create' tab and choose either the 'Legal' or 'General' tab.
4. Create a matter for corporate clients and submit it.
5. Go to the 'View' tab, select the recently created matter, and click on the 'Action' button.
6. Click on 'View Details,' then click on the 'Document' tab, and click on the 'Device' tab.
7. Click 'Browse' and select documents or photos from the library.
8. Click the 'Submit' button.
An error message 'Error Uploading, Please try again' appears.
Note: This issue applies to both Legal and General matters.
