Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Click on the Menu and select "Matters."
3. Choose either "Legal" or "General Matter" and then click on the "Create" tab.
4. In the Matter Information page, ensure that space is restricted for the Case Title and Case Number fields at the beginning.

Note : Applicable for Legal and General Matter.
