HospitalCare - Complaints Issue: When switching tabs, the text previously entered in the search bar remains visible, but the search bar should be cleared.

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to HospitalCare.
2. Click on the Complaints module on the left side.
3. Enter text in the search bar under the Active tab.
4. Switch to the Resolved tab.
5. The previously entered text still appears in the search bar, but it should be cleared.

Note : This issue occurs Active and Resolved Tab [vice versa]
