openPatient side - After raising a complaint for one department, if the user chooses not to proceed and clicks 'No,' then attempts to raise a complaint under 'Miscellaneous,' the input field for explaining the issue should not open.

Description
Scenario - 1:
1. Scan the QR code for patient app
2. Select any department
3. Raise the complaint
4. Clicking on 'No' in last step [In would you like to raise another issue]
5. Click on Miscellaneous department
The input field for explaining the miscellaneous issue opens with the text from the first complaint. It should neither retain the previous text nor open at all.
After raising a complaint for one department, if the user chooses not to proceed and clicks 'No,' then attempts to raise a complaint under 'Miscellaneous,' the input field for explaining the issue should not open.
Scenario - 2:
1. Scan the QR code for patient app
2. Select any department
3. Select any department
4. Select the issues
5. Click on yes /No in add more details
6. click on send button
7. Fill the mandatory fields
8. click on submit
9. Click on Miscellaneous department
Input fields for explaining the miscellaneous issue will open, It should not open.
