Message (Chat): The send arrow should always be visible. It should only be highlighted when text is entered into the message box.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with laudtior
2.Go to the Message module
3.Select any client/team Members
4.Type the message on that fields
5.At that time only the send arrow will appear
6.Even the input fields is empty the send arrow should be visible
