View Departments - Update team members list - After selecting a team member and then searching for the same name again causes the team member to be duplicated on both sides.

Description

1. Login the Hospital app
2. click on Departments
3. Select any department
4. Click on update group members list
5. select any team member
6. enter the same member in search bar

Team member name is getting duplicated multiple times.
