Description
Unable to raise a complaint. When selecting "Yes" in the "Add More Details" section, the fields for Ward No. and Patient Name are not displayed.
Steps:
- Scan the QR code.
- Select any department and choose an issue, then click on Next.
- Click "Yes" to add more details.
- The input fields should appear below, but they don't appear.
