Patient Side : Input Fields Not Appearing After Clicking 'Yes' on Add More Details.

Description

Unable to raise a complaint. When selecting "Yes" in the "Add More Details" section, the fields for Ward No. and Patient Name are not displayed.

Steps:

  • Scan the QR code.

  • Select any department and choose an issue, then click on Next.
  • Click "Yes" to add more details.

  • The input fields should appear below, but they don't appear.
