closedMenu and Hamburger Menu - Navigation to Respective Create Pages.

Description
Issue 1 : Click on the Hamburger Menu and select "Team Members," it should navigate to the Create Member tab.
Issue 2 : Click on the Hamburger Menu and select "Meetings," it should navigate to the Create tab.
Issue 3 : Click on the Hamburger Menu and select "Messages," it should navigate to the Client tab.
Issue 4 : Click on the Menu and select "Matter," it should navigate to the Legal Matter and Create tab.
Issue 5 : Click on the Menu and select "Documents," it should navigate to the Upload and Client tab.
Issue 6 : Click on the Menu and select "Relationships," it should navigate to the Add Relationship and Entity tab.
Issue 7 : Click on the Menu and select "Groups," it should navigate to the Create Group tab.
Issue 8 : Click on the Hamburger Menu and Select "Invoice" , it should navigate to the Create tab.

This issue is not fixed.
Issue 4 : Click on the Menu and select "Matter," it should navigate to the Legal Matter and Create tab.

The heading names should be updated as follows:
- When clicking on Groups, change the top heading from “View Groups” to “Create Group.”
- When clicking on Team Members, change the top heading from “View Members” to “Create Members.”
