openMerge PDF - Client / Firm : The status is displaying as "Processing" for more than a few minutes, but it should show as either "Completed" or "Failed."

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Go to the Documents module and click on the "Merge PDF" tab.
3. Select the "Client" or "Firm" tab.
4. Choose two documents and click the "Merge" button.
5. Enter a name for the merged document.
6. Click the "Merge" button to proceed.
7. Go back to the Documents module and click on the "View" tab.
8. Select the client and choose "Merge PDF" from the dropdown menu.
9. Select the recently merged PDF; however, the action button remains disabled, and the status shows as "Processing..". The status should be either "Completed" or "Failed."
Note: This issue applies to both the Client and Firm tabs for Merge PDF.
