Description :

In Team Chat, when a user tries to expand [indicates (-) symbol] two circles simultaneously, the first circle should close [indicates (+) symbol] while the second remains open. However, the current behavior expands all circles at the same time instead of maintaining only one open circle.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Team Chat and expand multiple circles.
2. Collapse the first circle.
3. Collapse the second circle

Able to expands all circles simultaneously. The first circle should close when the second is expanded, keeping only the second circle open.
