Description

1. Login the DGC Counsel
2. Click on Messages module in the menu
3. Select any external counsels or team member

Actual : Toast message currently displays "Updated Successfully" upon selection.

Expectation: Toast message should display "Connection Established" instead of "Updated Successfully." when selecting the messages module in the menu
