Team chat - When the sender sends a message, they receive a duplicate of their own message, while the recipient does not receive it. Additionally, sent messages are duplicated.

Description

1. Login the DG Counsel from team member user
2. Click on Messages module
3. Click on Team chat
4. Login the DG Counsel with GH account on the other side
5. Send the message from team member user

The sender receives a duplicate of their own message.

while the recipient does not receive it and vice versa. Additionally, sent messages are duplicated.
