Description

Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Click on the Menu and select the Relationship option.
3. Click on the "Add Relationship" tab, then select the "External Counsel" tab.
4. Enter the text in the input fields and click on the Search button.
5. The “-” symbol should be removed.
