Description
Steps :
1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select "Documents."
3. Click on the "View" tab and select a department.
4. Choose any document (encrypted or decrypted) and attempt to view it.
5. The document appears blurry and unreadable, but it should be clear and readable.
