Description

Steps :

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select "Documents."
3. Click on the "View" tab.
4. Select an internal matter and then select a department from the dropdown.
5. The matter name dropdown should be cleared by default after selecting the department.

Note: This issue also applies to external matters.
