View : The selected internal matter name remains visible when switching to the external matter tab.

Description

Steps :

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select "Documents."
3. Click on the "View" tab, select a department from the dropdown, and choose an internal matter.
4. Switch to the external matter tab.

Expected Result: The previously selected internal matter name should not appear in the external matter dropdown.
Actual Result: The internal matter name is still displayed in the external matter dropdown.

Note : This issue applicable for External matter as well.
