Steps :

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select "Documents."
3. Click on the "View" tab and select a department from the dropdown.
4. Click on the "Upload" tab and select a department from the dropdown.
5. The selected department in the "View" tab that name appears when selecting a department in the "Upload" tab.

Expected Result: The department selection in the "View" tab should not affect the selection in the "Upload" tab.

Actual Result: The previously selected department from the "View" tab appears in the "Upload" tab.
