View : The Merge PDF tab remains highlighted when switching from the "Upload" tab back to "View."

Description

Steps :

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select "Documents."
3. Click on the "View" tab, then select the "Merge PDF" tab.
4. Click on the "Upload" tab, then switch back to the "View" tab.

Expected Result: The "Merge PDF" tab should not remain highlighted.

Actual Result: The "Merge PDF" tab is still highlighted.
