View - Merge PDF : only merged PDF documents should be displayed after selecting departments.

Description

Steps :
1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select "Documents."
3. Click on the "View" tab, then Click the "Merge PDF" tab.
4. Select a department.

Expected Result: Only merged PDF documents should be displayed.

Actual Result: Normal department documents also appear.
