View : Selecting and deselecting the same department should not display an alert popup.

Description

Steps :

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Go to the Menu and select "Documents."
3. Click on the "View" tab.
4. Select and unselect the same department.

Expected Result: No alert popup should appear.

Actual Result: An alert popup appears.
