Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Click on the View tab, select the department.
4. Choose any document and click on Encrypt or Decrypt.
5. Click on yes in the alert popup . * Encrypt: Change from “document decrypted successfully" to “You Have Successfully Decrypted Document.” * Decrypt: Change from "encrypted added successfully" to “You Have Successfully Encrypted Document.”
