Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Click on the View tab, select the department.
4. Choose any document and click on Encrypt or Decrypt.
5. Update the alert messages as follows: * Encrypt: Change from "Are you sure you want to encrypt Doccsv Steve document?" to "Are you sure you want to encrypt the document?" * Decrypt: Change from "Are you sure you want to decrypt Doccsv Steve document?" to "Are you sure you want to decrypt the document?"

Note : Document name shouldn’t appear in the alert popup.
