Steps:
1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Click the Upload tab, select a department from the dropdown, click Browse, and upload multiple documents.
4. Click on the Add Tag tab, select a document, and click the Add Tag button.
5. Enter text in the Tag Type and Tags fields, then click the Add button.
6. Click on Upload.
7. In the View tab, select the department.
8. Check the recently added document for the department. The added tags should appear, but they do not appears.
