Upload / View - Edit metadata - Issue with Document Name and Description Fields text Visibility during Editing.

Description

Steps:
1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Open the Upload tab, select a department from the dropdown, click Browse, and upload documents.
4. Click on the Edit Meta tab, then click Edit.
5. While editing the document name, the entered text is partially visible. Additionally, when editing the description fields, the total count doesn't appear, and the document name is not fully visible.

Note : This issue applicable for View - Edit.
