Upload / View - Edit metadata : Missing Alert Popup on Click on Cancel or Close.

Description

Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Open the Upload tab, select a department from the dropdown, click Browse, and upload documents.
4. Click on the Edit Meta tab, then click Edit.
5. Make changes and click on Cancel or Close.
6. An alert popup should appear, but it does not appears.

Note : This issue applicable for View - Edit.
