Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Open the Upload tab, select a department from the dropdown, click Browse, and upload multiple documents.
4. Click on the Add Tag tab, select a document, and click the Add Tag button.
5. Enter text in the Tag Type and Tags fields, then click the Add button.
6. Click on edit for an existing added tag.
7. A new popup opens, but it shouldn’t. It should open in the existing window instead.
