Description

Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Go to the Menu and choose Documents.
3. Open the Upload tab and select a department from the dropdown.
4. Ensure that the Internal and External text appears on a single line next to the Matter text.

Note : This issue applicable for View Tab as well.
