Email - Compose : The Send button should remain disabled until the mandatory "To" fields are completed.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to the Email section.
3. Choose either Email or Outlook, then click Continue.
4. Click on Compose.
5. The Send button should remain disabled until the mandatory "To" fields are completed. [Only the "To" field is mandatory; the other fields are optional.]

send button is now enabled when only the 'To' input field is filled. However, if no attachment is provided, clicking the send button results in a "Mail not sent successfully" error.
The mail should be sent successfully when the user fills in only the 'To' field.
