closedCreate Matter [Legal / General] : When searching the client name on Matter Creation Page Displays Both Results and Temporary Form Simultaneously.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to the Matter module on the left side.
3. Click on the "Create" tab.
4. Complete the mandatory fields on the Matter Info page and click "Next."
5. On the Client page, use the search bar to look up any client name.
6. The expected behavior is that either the searched name or the temporary form should appear. However, currently, both are being displayed.

Scenario 1:

6. select the client and unselect the same client name and remove the text in the search bar.

Scenario 2:
steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to the Matter module on the left side.
3. Click on the "Create" tab.
4. Complete the mandatory fields on the Matter Info page and click "Next."
5. On the Client page, use the search bar to look up any client name.
6. select the client name and click on next
7. Agian click on the client circle and unselect the same client name and remove the text in the search bar.
The expected behavior is that either the searched name or the temporary form should appear. However, currently, both are being displayed.
