closedCreate Members: The Save button remains disabled even though both email fields match, but it should be enabled.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Click on the Create Member tab.
3. Fill in all the details.
4. Enter the same email ID in both the Email and Confirm Email fields.
5. Remove the last character from the Email field and re-enter it.
The Save button should be enabled, but it remains disabled.
Note : This issue applicable for View Member - Edit member info.

'Confirm email does not match' error is displayed twice. It should be restricted.
Steps
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Groups
3. Click on create team members
4. Fill the name, designation, default rate
5. Enter the email don't enter confirm email
6. Click on save [error appears]
7. Try to enter the confirm email
'Confirm email does not match' error is displayed twice; it should be limited to a single instance.
Note : This issue is applicable for edit member info under action

This issue can only be checked once bug no. 4058 is fixed.
