View - Client / Firm: Existing Tag Does Not Appear.

Steps:

1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Go to the Documents module.
3. Click on "View."
4. Select the "Client / Firm" tab.
5. Choose any document and click on "Tags."
6. Enter text in the "Tag Type" and "Tag" fields, then click "Add" and save.
7. Re-select the same document, and the existing tag does not appear, though it should appear.

Note: This issue affects all user accounts and both the "View - Client" and "Firm" tabs.

Note: Existing tags disappear when adding new tags.
