openNotifications : Document Expiry Reminder Notification.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to Notifications from the left-side menu.
3. Check if any document is expired.
Expected Outcome:
A document expiry reminder should be displayed in the format:
“Document name” is expiring in 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, or 45 days. Please take necessary action.
