Update Groups [Legal / General] : Data Saved After Clicking "Cancel" in Update Groups.

Description

Steps:

1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Click on Matter in the left-side menu.
3. Select either the Legal or General Matter tab.
4. Click the View tab, choose any matter, and click on Action.
5. Select Update Groups.
6. Uncheck the groups on the left side.
7. In the Assign to Another Groups section, select the groups and click Delete.
8. Click Cancel.

Expected Result: The data should not be saved.
Actual Result: The data is saved despite clicking Cancel.
