Groups (View): The application crashes when clicking on 'Delete Groups and Update Groups Access' under the Action button.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Lauditor
2.Go to groups module
3.Click on view groups tab's
4.Select any groups and click on action button
5.Click on 'Update group Access' and 'Delete groups' option
6.The application will be crash

Expected:-When clicking on the 'Delete Groups' action under Actions, the selected groups will be deleted successfully.
