Add Relationships - Entity / Corporate - when searching with a new entity, the Invitation form should open. But, the Request form is being displayed instead.

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on relationships
3. Click on Add relationships
4. Click on Entity / Corporate
5. Select any existing entity and do not click search
6. Remove the name manually
7. Again enter the new entity

Invitation form for new entity should open. But, the request form for previously selected entity is being displayed.
