My Timesheets [Not Submitted] : Issues with Time Fields and Formatting.

Description

Steps:

1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select Timesheets.
3. Click on the My Timesheets tab and select the Not Submitted tab.
4. Click on the Project dropdown and fill in the other fields.

Issues Observed:
- In the Hours fields, the default value should be 00, but it is not being entered automatically.
- In the Minutes field, it is not possible to uncheck the selected values, but this should be possible.
- The asterisk symbol is missing in the Total Hours field.
- The Total Hours field should not display "h" and "m", but they are currently showing.
- The Total Hours field should display time in the format 06:30, but it is currently showing as 6h 30m.
- The Total Hours field - Unable to display the value as 02:00.
