Upload [Client / Firm] : Issue with Document Name and Description Fields text Visibility during Editing

Description

Steps:

1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Go to the Menu and select Documents.
3. Click on the Upload tab.
4. Select a client from the dropdown, click on Browse, and choose the documents.
5. Click on Edit Metadata.
6. While editing the document name, the entered text is partially visible. Additionally, when editing the description fields, the total count doesn't appear, and the document name is not fully visible.

Note: This issue occurs across all accounts and also applies to the View - Client / Firm page.
