openMatters - When creating a matter involving only temporary clients, the Groups section should display the user groups associated with the logged-in user.

Description
Team member A belongs to Group A and Group B
1. Login the Lauditor with Team member A
2. Click on Matters
3. Click on create
4. Fill the mandatory fields in matter info
5. Add the temp client only in the client page
Issue - 1 : In the Groups section, User groups [Group A and Group B] should be listed
Note : When creating a matter from a super user account, the Groups section should display all the groups listed under "View Groups." except AAM and super user
Issue - 2 : After following the above steps, once matter creation is finished, In view relationships, Group A and Group B should be updated For that temporary client.
Steps:
1. Create a matter with temporary client from Team member A [follow the above mentioned steps]
2. After creating a matter, Click on view relationships
3. Click on temporary clients tab
4. Select the temporary client who was recently created
User groups [Group A and Group B] should be updated for that client
