Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Documents
3. Upload any document for Identity
4. Select the Health or personal tag
5. Open the document that appears in personal tag
6. Close the document
7. Select the Identity tag
8. Open the document that appears an Identity tag
9. Check the tag of the identity document

Issue - 1 : Tag name 'Personal' is displayed. The name of the most recently selected tab is displayed as the tag for the identity document when it is opened.

Issue - 2: If the documents are uploaded for Identity, Identity tag should appear in view
