The mentioned issue occurs with encrypted documents.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Lauditor using a super user account.
2. Navigate to the Document module on the left panel.
3. Select the 'View' tab.
4. Click on the 'Deleted' tab.
5. Select any document and click the action button. [Choose an encrypted document]
6. Click on 'View'.
7. The document is expected to be viewable (converted from Doc to PDF), but an empty white screen appears for encrypted documents.
