openEmail (Compose -Firm): -While trying to attach firm documents, those documents are getting duplicated after selecting from the list.

Steps:-
1.Login with lauditor
2.Go to Emails Modules
3.Compose a new mail
4.Enter the email and subjects fields
5.click on attach button
6.select the firm upload
7.Select the Groups one by one
8.Select the groups related documents
9.Click on attach
10.Those Attachments are getting duplicated
11.When composing a new mail

Main issue is working. Documents are not getting duplicated
While attaching the documents from firm, groups are getting duplicated in search bar.
After selecting groups --> click on drop down icon again --> drop down will close --> again reopen the drop down --> the groups which were selected before is in unchecked status now --> select the same group again --> groups are duplicated in search bar
