Description

1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Documents
3. Click on View - Merge pdf
4. Select the department
5. Try to view the merged pdf document

An alert appears like "server error, please try again later". Additionally, the same alert is triggered if the user attempts to log out of the account.
