Issue - 1

1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Matters
3. Create a legal/ General matter with any departments [matter creation is finished]
4. Create an event for that matter [Event is created successfully]
5. Click on Matters
6. Select the same matters
7. Click on view details - Timeline
8. Add the notes and click on save

The eye icon that appears next to the 'Date of Filing' and 'Closed Date' should be removed.
Issue - 2

1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Documents
3. Click on Upload

Field name Change "Select Group(s)" to "Select Department(s)"
