Description

Steps:-
1.Login with team member account
2.Go to Create Matter (Legal/General)
3.Enter the all mandatory fields
4.Select one or more team members
5.click on save
6.Login with Group Head Account whoever not part of that matter
7.Go to View Matter
8.The recently created matter Action button is accessible for that user
