create Meetings [Legal / General] - 'None' should be the default selection in the Repetition dropdown. But it is not

Description
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Select Legal / General Event type
5. Select the matter name and subject task
Issue - 1 : In repetition drop down, 'None' should be default selection. But it is not.
Issue - 2 : None option should be available in the drop down if user wants to cancel the repetition

Legal Event - If a recurring event is created with a start and end time, editing the event to make it non-recurring should change it accordingly when an option is selected in the recurring popup. However, it does not update to non-recurring.
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Create legal event with daily repetition
5. after saving, Select the same event / future event
6. Click on Edit
7. Change the daily repetition to 'None'
8. Click on save
9. In recurring popup, select 'This and following event'
10. Click on ok
11. Click on view changes
Event should be changed as non-recurring event, But it does not change

Note: This issue is working in other events

Steps:
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Create legal event with daily repetition [Ex : Weekly , Bi - Weekly , Month , Yearly]
5. after saving, Select the same event / future event
6. Click on Edit
7. Change the daily repetition to 'None'
8. Click on save
9. In recurring popup, select any events [This and Following events or All events]
10. Click on ok
11. Click on view changes
Event should be changed as non-recurring event, But it does not change.
Note : This issue applicable for all events and all repetition.
