Description

1. Login the VitaGist
2. Click on Health
3. Click on Health Info
4. Open the Immunization / Insurance that has been already added
5. click on browse icon to upload document

1. In Document Upload page, Info icon is not responsive
2. If user selects the today's date as expiration, error popup appears like Json format
