openDocument View (listing page) - Actions - Update Tags should be made functional

Steps:
- Log in to Lauditor.
- Navigate to the Document Modules.
- Click on the 'View' tab, then select the 'Client' or 'Firm' tab.
- Choose a client from the dropdown menu.
- Select any document and click the action button.
- Click on 'Update Tags.'
- Enter the tags in the 'Tag Type' and 'Tags' fields, then click 'Save.'
- The added tag details should appear for the document, but they do not appear. However, after refreshing the page, the added tags become visible.

Steps:
1. Login using the lauditor credentials.
2. Navigate to the Document module on the left-side.
3. Go to the View tab.
4. Select either the Client or Firm tab.
5. Choose a client from the dropdown.
6. Open any document with tags, click on Action, and then select Update Tags.
7. The Remove button for the tags should appear but is not visible.
Steps:
1. Login using the lauditor credentials.
2. Navigate to the Document module on the left-side.
3. Open the View tab.
4. Select either the Client or Firm tab.
5. Choose a client from the dropdown.
6. Select a document with tags, click on Action, and choose Update Tags.
7. Clear the existing text in the tag fields.
8. Click on Add Tags and enter text in the Tag Types and Tags fields.
9. The Save button should be enabled but remains disabled.

Save button in Update tags page should be disabled until changes are made. But save button is enabled by default if changes are made or not
In the Update Tags page, clicking the cross button causes the background screen to blink. This behavior should not occur.
