Steps:

Login to Lauditor.
Click the hamburger menu on the top right side.
Click on the message module on the left side.
Click on video chat.
Choose either "Clients" or "Team Chat."
Call any member.
After joining the video call, Remove the gap between the participants' profile screen and their name and so it displays as on the web.
Ensure that the screen size for both the caller and receiver is even.
