Steps:

1. Login the lauditor with the user name 'SU'
2. Click on Messages module
3. Click on Client/Team
4. Select any Entity client [Ex: Content coffer - staging]
5. Expand the + bubble
6. Select the any person [name: Xovelon]
7. Send the message[normal text] to Xovelon
7. Click on video call button
8. Accept the call from the other end.

On a call, the profile name of the logged-in person [SU] should appear in lauditor, but the name [Xovelon] from the chosen entity is displayed instead.
