View Matter[Legal/General] - Update Group :"Relationship" Text and Count Should Not Appear in Group Reassignment Popup.

Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to Lauditor using a Super User account.
- Navigate to the Matter module.
- Click on the View Matter tab and select any matter.
- Click on Action → Update Group.
- On the left side, unselect any assigned group.
- In the Assign to Another Group popup, observe the display.
Issue:
The "Relationship" text and count appear in the popup.
Expected Behavior:
The "Relationship" label and its associated count should not appear in the Assign to Another Group popup.
